Working for Agóge
Agóge is a privately held company that was founded in 2003 by Andrew Nicol.
From small beginnings we have grown to now have branches in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, and Wellington. In both 2006 and 2007 we were named in the Deloitte/Unlimited Fast 50, which tracks the fastest growing companies in New Zealand.
We have no plans to stop there! We are continually launching new services and have plans for expansion.
The rapid growth that agóge has experienced can be attributed to the great people we have working for us.
So what makes us unique?
People Matter ∴ Do Good
Business is not just business. It is all about relationships between individuals. As a company we live "People Matter". This means we are more concerned with putting people first than any other area of business. Our values include respect, candour, accountability, integrity and execution. We are looking for people who are prepared to try new things and make mistakes. But more importantly we are looking for people who will learn from their mistakes, be accountable and grow with us.
If we are to continue to grow we must have leaders ready to step into new roles. We are constantly challenging peoples thinking and stretching their leadership skills. We are looking for people who are prepared to lead. People, who take ownership, are adaptable, are decisive, and most importantly self disciplined.
We are a youthful company that offers an opportunity to work with like-minded people in what can only be described as a zany and humorous environment. We love change and are continually raising the level of our game through focused improvements, and at the same time are very driven by process.
Our business has staff working 24/7 and therefore our core team work varying and flexible hours to meets the needs of our clients. We are looking for people who love change, genuinely love having fun and will do what it takes to make themselves and the business a success.
